Subject: The Harvest Just Ahead


This article was written by Derek Prince
  before he passed away. I recently discovered it and pass it along as I believe
  it is a fresh word that will give us understanding of the day we live in and
our  responsibility in the coming massive harvest. I will print more of the
article  by Derek soon. Derek by the way let it be known that his material
should be used  widely after he went to be with the Lord. I had the privelege of
meeting him in  1975 where he conducted a revival at Duke Divinity School that
shook the liberal  seminary up!
 
The Bible tells us that no one will know
  the day or hour of the coming of the Lord.  I believe, though, that we are
  getting very close to that day. We know that the events leading up to the
coming  of the Lord will happen in divine order. First will come the latter rain
(the  outpouring of the Holy Spirit) , then the harvest (final ingathering of
many  peoples), and finally the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. I believe the
Lord  would have us to be ready and involved in this glorious task of reaping
the  harvest so that Jesus can come for His church. I believe God is raising up
an  army that will go forth and reap this final day harvest.
 
In our day we have a repetition of the
  situation in Jesus' own day, when Jesus looked out on the multitudes and said,
  "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few." As a nation, we stand at
  the crossroads of our destiny in God and our current path into decline. Are we
  going to obey the true and living God as our forefathers did, and go forth and
  reap the harvest? Or are we going to reject God and His purposes?  God gives
  nations a choice. And my message to the church in America is this: we must
  choose to serve the Lord faithfully and diligently as laborers in the harvest
  just ahead.
 
What is the harvest? It is the last,
great  ingathering of people from all nations, all over the world, into God's
kingdom  at the close of this age. It is the result of much work, much sowing,
much  labor, much sacrifice, and much planning. But ultimately the harvest
cannot  happen unless God sends the "latter rain," which is the outpouring of
the Holy  Spirit. There is a climax to which everything moves in agriculture.
That climax  is the harvest! Everything that is done is for the sake of the
harvest!  Jesus  Himself said, "The harvest is the end of the age." This age is
building to a  climax and the climax is the harvest. There are many events that
have to happen  before the harvest can be gathered in. James 5 verse 7
says:
 
"Therefore be patient, brethren, until
the  coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the
  earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain.
You  also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at
  hand."
 
The farmer does not gather in the
harvest  until he had received both the early and later rain. All of this is
directly  related to the coming of the Lord. It is in this period of the
restoration of  all things that we can look for the personal return of the Lord
Jesus Christ.  Rain is given for the sake of the harvest. This principle runs
throughout the  Word of God. The church age at Pentecost began with a major
outpouring of the  Holy Spirit and it is now closing with another major
outpouring of the Holy  Spirit. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit is given for
the sake of the  harvest!
 
Let us turn briefly to the book of Joel
to  see God's end time plan. Joel is a great prophet of this latter day
outpouring  of the Holy Spirit we are experiencing. In the three chapters of
Joel we have in  chapter one desolation, in chapter two restoration, and in
chapter three  judgment. Again chapter one is a picture of desolation in every
area of the  inheritance of God's people. Chapter two contains the promise of
restoration.
 
"I will restore to you the years that
the  swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust,  and
the  chewing locust."
 
Chapter three of Joel is the warning of
  judgment upon those who reject restoration. There are two symbolic trees in the
  forefront of Joel's imagery which are types of God's people. The first tree is
  the fig tree, which is Israel. The other tree the vine, which is the church. So
  the fig tree and the vine find themselves in desolation --- the vine had dried
  up, and the fig tree has withered --- all the trees of the field are withered;
  surely joy has withered away from the sons of men. Through the invasion of
  locusts and drought, there can be no harvest and no offerings to the Lord of
  grain, new wine and oil -- the field is wasted and the land mourns; for the
  grain is ruined, the new wine is dried up, and the oil fails --- the harvest of
  the field had perished.
 
In the second chapter of Joel we have
the  promise of full restoration to both the fig tree and vine representing both
  Israel and the Church.
 
"Be glad then, you children of Zion, and
  rejoice in the Lord your God; for He has given you the former rain faithfully,
  and He will cause the rain to come down for you --- the former rain, and the
  latter rain in the first month. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and
  praise the name of the Lord your God, who had dealt wondrously with
  you."
 
God's solution begins with the first or
  former rain which comes in the fall in Israel. Its purpose is to soften the
soil  which has baked in the summer. And then the latter rain comes in the first
month  which would be April. This latter rain is the greatest, heaviest, and
most  widespread outpouring of rain in Israel. It purpose is to germinate the
seed  that had already been sown. We need to understand the pattern of rainfall
in  Israel, because the moving of the Holy Spirit in the Church is represented
by  the way rain falls in Israel. The rain is a gift from God and under His
  sovereign control and comes so the harvest can come in!
 
Joel says the Spirit will come to the
  Church in two major outpourings -- the former rain at the beginning of the
  Church age and the latter rain to close the church age. What we are living in
  today is the latter rain --- the last great, heaviest outpouring of the Holy
  Spirit that will ever come before the return of Christ.
 
There are two kinds of people who get
the  baptism of the Holy Spirit. Those who have understood the reason for it and
  those who don't.  Those who don't understand keep it to themselves. They become
  little "bless me" clubs. The rain is given for the sake of the harvest. It is
  given to make you an effective worker in God's harvest. It is given to gather
in  the harvest. Today we have a population explosion of 7 billion souls on the
  planet. God knew all along there would be a population explosion. If the church
  is purged of its carnality and immaturity and filled afresh with the Holy
Spirit  experiencing divine fire and unity, she can see the greatest revival,
awakening  and harvest that Joel speaks about. This is the harvest and this is
what lies  ahead! Get ready now! Get loosed! Be available to be used because it
is  coming!

The intellectual elite that originally
  pushed the concept of the European Union knew deception was a key to their
  success. Their intent was to change the European nation states into a European
  government complete with a European Parliament, European President, European
  currency, Central Bank, and a European foreign policy. The incremental steps
  taken to form what became the EU were presented to the people as no more than
  economic agreements designed to facilitate free trade. Today the EU is firmly
in  place along with the euro, the European Central Bank, and a large
bureaucracy  centered in Brussels. They now formulate EU foreign policy that
supersedes the  foreign policies of all 27 member EU states.
 
Today globalism is promoted in the USA 
  under the same guise as it was in Europe --- namely free trade. These global
  elites realize that free trade zones will promote regional political structures
  needed to regulate the free trade and settle disputes. From the beginning, the
  architects of globalism planned for the path to one-world government to begin
in  the call for global free trade!  Their argument for world governance is that
  free trade and global warming need this world regulation. Three men who have
  been instrumental in the advancement of the global agenda are George Soros,
  Zbigniew Brzezinski, and David Rockefeller. Brzezinski says we now live in an
  interdependent world that has become globalized. He believes international
  agencies of governance should assume more responsibility for world order. He
  looks for a new world order where nation states become obsolete. Brezezinski
  also has strongly advocated a strong alliance of the USA and EU. He believes
  this will move us more rapidly into globalism. Brzezinski argues the nation
  state is losing sovereignty and international banks and multinational
  corporations are taking its place. Brzezinski is a Marxist who believes mankind
  is evolving into a world socialistic government. Rockefeller and the
Rothschilds  have recently consolidated their financial empires into
one.
 
American banker, David Rockefeller,
  proclaims himself to be a proud internationalist. He say his goal is to build a
  more integrated global and political and economic structure --- one world, if
  you will! He acknowledges he has been the "conspirator in chief." Rockefeller
  and the multinational corporations he owned or financed were the building
blocks  for the new world order. He promoted NAFTA and the World Trade
Organization. He  believes all Americans should be internationalists.

 
George Soros, billionaire hedge-fund
  manager views economic globalism as an accomplished fact. He complains that
  markets have become global while while politics remain national. Soros demands
  we transcend nation states to somehow become global citizens. Soros funded the
  Open Society Institute in 1979 which in turn has funded millions to the
  political left. Soros was an early supporter of Barack Obama. Soros arranged
  financing for Obama with other financiers in Soros's Wall Street Office. He has
  a strong voice in the Obama White House. Henry Kissinger suggested on national
  television the President Obama was positioned to bring in the new world order.
  Brzezinski and Rockefeller worked together to found the Trilateral Commission
in  1973 which purpose was to unite the EU, USA and Japan in economic and
regional  government. The Council of Foreign Relations also promotes the one
world concept  and is composed of chief executives, academics, military leaders,
and media  titans in the USA. Council of Foreign Relation members are usually
Secretaries  of State and cabinet officers for the President. All these
international  organization such as the UN, WTO, World Economic Forum, IMF,
World Bank, NAFTA,  Africa Union, are all moving the world toward the new world
order.
 
The intent to create a one-world
  government to regulate a one-world economy is easily documented. IT IS NOT A
  CONSPIRACY THEORY.  It is simply a fact of what we are facing in our brave new
  world. Obama sees himself as a fellow citizen of the world and is working
  closely with the Soros -- Rockefeller -- Brzezinski ---- and theRothschild
  network of fellow globalists. Obama believes we live in a post American world
  and that the world cannot afford to be divided. He believes the world need to
  comes together to save the planet. He believes we need to reduce the carbon we
  send into the atmosphere and to share the wealth --- socialism! He believes we
  need to rid the world of nuclear weapons starting with American nuclear weapons
  first. He wants to remake the world into a socialistic utopia. He believes in
  abortion on demand and in the homosexual agenda! He believes in Keynesian
  governmental spending --- spend, spend, spend! He has been associated with
  radicals such as Saul Alinksy, Bill Ayers, Rezko, Jeremiah Wright, and
communist  Frank Marshall Davis. He has refused to show his college records,
will not  reveal his involvement in Benghazi, had produced a forged birth
certificate, and  probably would not have been voted in for President in a
second term without  voter fraud in Ohio, Pa., Virginia, and
Florida.
 
Praise the Lord that he is working out
His  plan in the earth. We are clearly nearing the Day Of The Lord and that
period of  history where the Lord Jesus will return for His saints that have
been redeemed  by the blood of the Lamb.
The day will come when the government
will  incrementally try to confiscate American guns. They have already done this
in  the UK with the result that now only the criminals have guns there. This has
  made it much more dangerous for UK citizens. In 2008 when Obama was making a
  victory speech in Colorado he specifically had constructed a Greek platform to
  speak from. This was a replica of the "throne of Satan" that is currently in
the  Berlin museum which was removed from Pergamum in present day Turkey by
Germans  archeologists. Hitler also used a replica of the "throne of Satan" to
make his  speeches to Germany. I did not believe this at first until I
researched it and  found it to be true!
 
"Come out from among them and be
separate  says the Lord. Do not touch the unclean thing, and I will receive you.
I will be  a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, say the Lord
  Almighty."
 
"He has delivered us from the power
  (authority) of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His
  love."
 
The entire Babylonian world system that
is  emerging in our present world is doomed to destruction!
 
"Therefore her plagues will come in one
  day --- death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with
fire,  for strong is the Lord who judges her."

The New Testament depicts Christianity
as  a supernatural way of life. The resurrection itself on which Christianity is
  based was the most important event in human history. To operate effectively in
  this world and the body of Christ we need an understanding of the gift graces
of  the Holy Spirit. Some people say they do not need gifts (Charismas) because
they  have spiritual fruit. This is totally unscriptural because the bible says:
  "Pursue love and desire spiritual gifts (I Corinthians 14-1). One of the
  evidences we are pursuing love is that we are desiring the spiritual gifts. In
  fact, spiritual gifts are the means by which love is made effective. Love
  without the gifts is left largely impotent and frustrated. Biblical agape love
  is always very practical. It does not sit around using nice phrases; it does
  something! For instance, if we want to edify the church because we love the
  church, then we will desire the gift that most edifies the church, which is
  prophecy. Or if we love the sick we will desire gifts that will enable us to
  minister to the sick, which are gifts of healings and workings of miracles. We
  must not be one sided. We need both gifts and love. We need both gifts and
  fruit. We need both spiritual gifts and ministry gifts. We need all of
  them.

"As each one has received a gift
  (charisma), minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace
  of God." (1Peter 4)

First you have to receive the gift.
Peter  assumed all Christians would have gifts, thus enabling us to minister to
one  another's needs. Real poverty is having nothing to contribute. That's the
tragic  condition of 90% of church going Christians who profess faith in Christ.
In  fact, in most evangelical churches Christians have become spectators rather
than  participators. They could do much the same if they stayed at home at
watched  Christian television. They have not received what God has made
available to them  so they cannot give it. Some people will tell us the gifts
have been withdrawn  from the church. This false theology is called
cessastionism and believes after  the church was started by the apostles there
is no need for the supernatural  gifts of the Spirit. Yet Paul said the church
is to exercise the gifts while it  waits for the return of the Lord
Jesus.

"I thank my God always concerning you
for  the grace of God which was given to you by Christ Jesus, that you were
enriched  by Him in all utterance and all knowledge, even as the testimony of
Christ was  confirmed in you, so that you come short in no gift (charisma),
eagerly waiting  for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will also
confirm you to the  end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus
Christ." (I  Corinthians 1)

The closer we come to the return of the
  Lord, the more we need to manifest these gifts. For most Christians the baptism
  in the Holy Spirit takes them into a more supernatural realm where they can
move  from the natural to the supernatural. The word charisma is derived from
the  basic Greek noun charis. Charis is normally translated grace. Grace may be
  defined as the unmerited favor of God toward the undeserving. The nine gifts
  listed in I Corinthians 12 are not the only charisma gifts mentioned in the
  scriptures. Grace is free and it cannot be earned. The gospel is a
manifestation  of the grace of God. God's grace is His sovereign choice. He does
not owe anyone  an account or explanation of the workings of His grace.


"I will have mercy on whomever I will
have  mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion."
(Romans  9)

The Holy Spirit is the One who
administers  the grace of God and He is called the Spirit of grace. Charisma is
grace made  effective. Therefore, a charisma is a specific operation or
manifestation of the  grace of God. In Romans 12 Paul lists seven specific types
of  charisma.

"Having then gifts (charisma) differing
  according to the grace (charis) that is given to us, let us use them: if
  prophecy, let us prophecy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let us use
it  in our ministering; he who teaches in teaching; he who exhorts in
exhortation;  he who gives with liberality; he who leads with diligence; he who
show mercy,  with cheerfulness. "

There is a great variety of charismas or
  grace gifts mentioned in the New Testament. I will attempt to list the one I
can  find:
prophecy
ministry
teaching
exhortation
giving
leading
showing mercy
celibacy
word of wisdom
word of knowledge
faith
gifts of healings
workings of miracles
discernings of spirits
different kinds of tongues
interpretation of tongues
apostle
prophet
helps
administrations
evangelists
pastors
teachers

It is important to make a distinction
  between the ministry gifts and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. In Ephesians 4 we
  have the ministry gifts. Ephesians 4-11 specifies five main ministry gifts the
  resurrected Christ gave to humanity.

"He Himself gave some to be apostles,
some  prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers." With the
ministry  gifts the believer himself is the gift given by Christ to the church.
The church  can never be what God intends for it to be without these ministry
gifts. With  the spiritual gifts the person receives a gift from the Spirit of
God. The  ministry gifts are a lifework in which the whole life of a person
centers on  being an apostle, evangelist etc. On the other hand the nine
supernatural gifts  (charismas) of the Spirit are events that happen and are
finished. For instance  a prophetic utterance may last a few seconds and it is
complete. Character is  very important in the function of ministry gifts.


Today we are living in a very tumultuous
  time. God wants us to fight for the values that made our nation great and the
  Christian values we inherited. We are not to fear the socialistic policies that
  are being forced on our nation through judicial activism and those in political
  power. Let the church awake to the supernatural power that is being imparted by
  the grace of God so she can rise up in the midst of darkness and cause Her
light  to shine in all the dark places of this world. Faith works through love
and  through faith and love and the power of the Lord God's church will
  overcome!

We have in the Book of Revelation
  astounding prophecies written by the apostle John somewhere around the year 90
  AD from the island of Patmos in the Aegean Sea. Prophesy is completely absent
  from the Koran, the Hindu Vedas, the Ramayana, the Buddhist literature and
  Confucian literature. Because the Bible foretells the major events of world
  history before they happened, we can be assured that the infinite personal God
  and Father of the Bible is the true God. No prophecies foretold the coming of
  Buddha, Muhammad, Zoroaster, or Confucius, but Bible prophecy did detail with
  precision the first coming of Christ and the events surrounding this  momentous
occurrence in history. The major sweep of various empires coming and  going is
detailed in prophecy along with the predictions of Moses about what  would
happen to the nation of Israel in the final days as she is regathered to  the
land of Israel.

We see in Revelation 17 that a woman
rides  the beast. It is also noteworthy that this woman riding on the beast is
  currently pictured on the Euro currency of the European Union. John is carried
  away by an angel who sees the following:

"So he carried me away in the Spirit
into  the wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was
full of  names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns."  (Revelation
  17)

The prophet Daniel had seen this same
  beast which represented the final form of Gentile world government. This beast
  in Daniel 7 also had ten horns on its head. Daniel also depicts the anti-
Christ  in this vision as the little horn. This fourth kingdom of Daniel and
Revelation  shall devour the whole world and the ten horns are ten kings who
shall arise in  this kingdom. This final form of world empire lead by the world
dictator (the  anti-Christ) will come to power in what is called the Day of the
Lord. This will  be God's final judgment of mankind for rebellion against the
light of God and  will last seven years. We see that the woman rides this
ungodly anti- Christ  empire which implies that she has some control and is
directing this beast but  she also is dependent on it for her
survival.

"Then one of the seven angels who had
the  seven bowls came and talked with me, saying to me, --- Come, I will show
you the  judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters. Then he said to
me, The  waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes,
nations  and tongues." (Revelation 17)

The scripture further identifies this
  woman as a great harlot. This is a religious system that has prostituted itself
  and has lost its purity by committing fornication. The bride of Christ is of
  course absolutely pure in comparison and is faithful to her spouse who is the
  Bridegroom or the Lord Jesus Christ. This woman has committed fornication with
  the kings of the earth! So it is further revealed that this harlot religious
  system has joined herself to the kings and political leaders of history rather
  that to her true Lord and King. Furthermore this prostitute system is massive
in  that she has controlled peoples, multitudes, nations and tongues.


In the first three hundred years of
church  history there were ten general persecutions of the Christians by the
Roman  emperors. Finally there was a great shift in 313AD when Constantine
became Roman  emperor. With the Edict of Milan Constantine ordered a toleration
of  Christianity and encouraged all Romans to accept Christianity. At this time
the  empire became nominally Christian and then in 376AD under the emperor
Theodosius  membership in the church was made compulsory. The church became
paganized with  the worship of images, relics, martyrs, Mary and the saints. The
office of the  bishop was elevated and the people were taught to unconditionally
obey the  bishops. Roman law and political ideas had a strong influence in the
church  particularly after the destruction of Jerusalem in 70AD. The apostolic
  Christianity of the apostolic period was diluted and mixed with the pagan
  rituals from Egypt, Babylon, Asia Minor, and Greece. Constantine was considered
  to be the Bishop of Bishops and also Pontifex Maximus which means he was head
of  all the pagan mystery religions. Constantine convened the Council of Nicaea
in  325AD with all the bishops of the Roman Empire. The organized life of the
church  was molded by the Roman government and this process eventually resulted
in Roman  Catholicism. The Roman emperor after the fall of Rome eventually found
his  ecclesiastical counterpart in the Pope. Infant baptism replaced adult
believers  baptism and when infants were baptized they were considered to be
born again. Of  course this contradicted the Bible as we see no infant baptism
in the Bible.  Enforced celibacy of the clergy was also a practice instituted by
Roman  Catholicism along with purgatory which were both unbiblical.


"With whom the kings of the earth
  committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth were made drunk with
the  wine of her fornication."  (Revelation 17)

So the Roman Catholic Church became a
  state church while the original apostolic churches were local churches overseen
  by elders and deacons. There was a vast difference between these original on
  fire apostolic churches and the imposing temple ceremonies and seven sacraments
  of the Roman Catholic Church.

"The woman was arrayed in purple and
  scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her
  hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication.
  And on her forehead a name written:
MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF
  HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."

This false church is arrayed with great
  riches and imposing ceremonies. She uses the gold and silver chalice for her
  sacrifice of the mass and with her false teaching multitudes in the earth are
  made drunk or intoxicated with her spiritual harlotry. In the Council of Trent
  she placed curses on all the reformers who denied her false doctrines and she
  did her best in history to keep the Bible in Latin so the peoples of the earth
  could not understand what was written by the Holy Spirit in the Word of God!
The  word Vatican means the place of divination. The Vatican has been obsessed
with  earthly enterprises as her popes have built a world empire of property,
wealth,  and influence. They have repeatedly throughout history engaged in
spiritual  fornication with emperors, kings and politicians. The colors of
purple and  scarlet identify the woman with pagan Rome for these were the colors
of the  Roman Caesars. As for the word mystery imprinted of the woman's forehead
---  Mystery is at the heart of Roman Catholicism from the apparitions of Mary
to the  ringing of bells and swinging of incense bowls.

Ancient Babylon of old was described by
  the Lord as a golden cup in the in the Lord's hand from which he made the whole
  world drunk. To really understand Mystery Babylon it is necessary to understand
  ancient Babylon and the Chaldean mysteries which originated there. Babylon was
  the seat of all ancient idolatry and the place where the queen of heaven was
  worshipped along with her son Tammuz. The Chaldean priests had charge of
ancient  satanic mysteries which were handed down all the way from the Tower of
Babel.  When Nimrod died his mother according to ancient stories declared
herself the  queen of heaven and Nimrod Baal or the sun god who she said was
resurrected from  the dead. Statues appeared all over Babylon, Egypt, Israel,
and Greece of the  mother with her child in her arms. When Rome conquered the
world the various  forms of the Babylonian mysteries were absorbed into the
empire which became  known as pagan Rome. Because of the clever way that
paganism was mixed with  Christianity the true Babylonish origin became hidden
or became a mystery ---  thus Mystery Babylon.

"I saw the woman drunk with the blood of
  the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I
  marveled with great amazement." (Revelation 17)

This counterfeit church killed and
  persecuted true Christians such as John Hus and Martin Luther. In the
  Inquisition brought on by the Dominicans thousands were tortured and killed
both  Jews and true Christians. During World War Two the Roman Catholic Church
  supported Adolf Hitler and Mussolini. And today the Catholic Church supports
  replacement theology and is still trying to make Jerusalem an international
  city. They don't believe the scriptures which predict the return of the Jews to
  Israel. Many Evangelical Christians today want to join with Roman Catholics in
  unity but they do not understand that the Catholic Church has refused to be
  reformed throughout her history and has a government that will not renounce the
  unbiblical practices of this church. I can only say to those Catholics who are
  born again to come out from among them and touch not the unclean things of the
  harlot church. God is not tolerant of this church which he calls a harlot!
  Everywhere the Catholic Church went in South America it denounced freedom of
  religion and democracy and promoted dictatorships. The Mary of the Catholic
  Church is not the Mary of the Bible but the queen of heaven from ancient
Babylon  and a satanic principality.

'Here is the mind which has wisdom: The
  seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits. And the woman you saw is
  that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth." (Revelation
  17)

There is only one city that rules over
the  kings of the earth and that is Vatican city where the pope resides.
Historically  the pope has ruled over the kings of Europe and many places
elsewhere for  hundreds of years. Rome has been known as the city of seven hills
throughout  history also. I have know many Roman Catholics who have been born
again through  the years and my concern for them is that they leave this dead
body so they they  can get free of this bondage of Mystery Babylon!

ps One of the greatest philosophies of
our  day is tolerance of everyone's belief. But God was not tolerant of the
Pharisees  nor is He tolerant of murder and adultery. It is clear that God sees
the Roman  Catholic Church as a Harlot institution that has perverted the sacred
scriptures  of God and writings of the apostles that we have in the Bible. They
have done as  the Pharisees in that they have put their councils and traditions
of men above  the Word of God to their own destruction!
 

The love of God of course is an infinite subject. The more one looks at it the more deeper it gets! "And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love." The Greek word is agape which is a word unknown to writers outside the New Testament. That is because the love of God was a divine revelation hid from the view of the writers of this world!   "That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being ROOTED AND GROUNDED IN LOVE, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height ----"  (Ephesians 3)   God wants us to take the limits off of our lives! Many people and things can contain us and keep us from fulfilling the best God has for us in this life we have received from God. Stay away from people who do not believe in the dream God has given you for your life! The Israelites limited the Holy One of Israel! They did not remember His power! The day when He redeemed them from the enemy! There is nothing impossible with God and when He gives you an assignment you are to fulfill that vision he has given you. God can make a way when there is no way!   "To know the love of Christ which passeth knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God." (Ephesians 3)   God's love must be experienced in your life. It is more than just knowledge. Knowledge will pass away or become irrelevant, but the love of God will only grow stronger. Because God loves us He has made us part of His royal family and He communicates in love with His children who are born into His everlasting family. We hear His voice of instruction, counsel, wisdom, and warning. As we spend time with Him we hear voice of Love which affirms and encourages us in the assignments we have been given. When tragedy strikes He is right there always.   "He restores my soul. My cup runs over. You anoint my head with oil. He makes me lie down in green pastures. I will fear no evil." (Psalm 23)   What does it mean to be filled with all the fullness of God. To be filled with God's fullness you need to be filled with God's agape love. God's love is not touchy, resentful, angry, or envious. Pray that God will give you a mighty baptism of His love by faith. Here is a prayer you can pray:   Dear Father in heaven, I come as a candidate to be filled with a mighty baptism of your agape love. Lord I know you are love. Please fill me with your baptism of love and immerse me in your MIGHTY EVERLASTING LOVE. Let me know the width, height, depth, and length of your infinite love. Let the love of God be shed abroad in my heart through the Holy Spirit which is given to me.   "Now to Him who is able to do EXCEEDINGLY ABUNDANTLY ABOVE all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us."  (Ephesians 3)   For those of you who are older believers such as myself, it would be well if you believed God for long life! Psalm 91 says with LONG LIFE I will satisfy him, and show him my salvation. God stores up sound wisdom for the UPRIGHT. God does not want His servants to die prematurely without completing their assignments.   "Riches and honor are with me, enduring riches and righteousness. Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at the posts of my door. For by me your days your days will be multiplied and years will be added to your life." (Proverbs)   When Jesus told the parable of the fig tree He said,  "Now learn this parable from the FIG TREE: When it branch has already become tender and put forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all THESE THINGS, KNOW that it is near --- AT THE DOORS." The fig tree stands for the nation of Israel in scripture. Jesus said this so we would understand that the generation that saw the reemergence of Israel as a nation in May 1948 would still be here when he returned.   "Assuredly, I say to you , this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place." (Mathew 24)   I don't know about you, but I want to be around for the return of the Lord! So let us believe for long life and to fulfill the assignment and vision of the Lord for our lives. Many Christians take Psalm 90 verse 10 where it says: "The days of our lives are seventy years; And if by reason of strength they are eighty years." So, many believers when they approach seventy years begin to believe their days of productivity are over and they prepare for graduation to heaven.   This Psalm 90 was written by Moses where he is talking about the generation of Israelites who died in the wilderness because they were disobedient to God. If you remember because they believed the evil report of the 10 spies God told them they would all die before they reached the promised land. This number has often been mistaken as a set span of life for all mankind. Most of those Israelites who rebelled at Kadesh Barnea were dying about seventy years. This is not the set span of life for all mankind.It wasonly for those disobedient Israelites. Moses was one hundred and twenty years old when he died. His eyes were not dim nor his natural vigor diminished. It seem that after the long age lived by the early patriarchs that God put mans age at 120 years. "And the Lord said, My Spirit shall not strive (abide) with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years." (Genesis 6)   "Hear, my son, and receive my sayings, and the years of your life will be many." "The fear of the Lord prolongs day, But the years of the wicked will be SHORTENED." (proverbs)   We have this treasure in earthen vessels and we have the most precious message for all of mankind. Let us get it out to the ends of the earth using all available means.  "KEEP YOURSELVES IN THE LOVE OF GOD, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life."
